Today had a very tough training again! Went to school with hanwei, go to hall. Net is alrdy set. then do lots of things, stupid clement anyhow give us break, coach come see we sitting down drink water then pushup, 50. He noob one, after that do digging and setting with hanwei. Then service (: We also learned spiking movement, next week maybe can learn to spike le. hehehe, wooooo ~
Training end 12plus, bused home. take one round with hanwei and kangle. Then sleep at bus, haha. Go back home still sleep. Very boring ~~
