Today had a very tough training again! Went to school with hanwei, go to hall. Net is alrdy set. then do lots of things, stupid clement anyhow give us break, coach come see we sitting down drink water then pushup, 50. He noob one, after that do digging and setting with hanwei. Then service (: We also learned spiking movement, next week maybe can learn to spike le. hehehe, wooooo ~
Training end 12plus, bused home. take one round with hanwei and kangle. Then sleep at bus, haha. Go back home still sleep. Very boring ~~

Ok, today's training was tough like hell. Wakeup at 7, bath all this. Took 962, then clement took same bus as me. So together went. Go take keys first. Went up. Set net. Do warmup, ran five rounds. Shuttlerun. And do manymany things. coach came, partner senior do setting and digging. Tiring. Got 5min break, we forget assemble to coach there. Late, then need do 30pushups, i do till hand breaking. Do digging. Clement jumped, then need do another 10, haha good for him. 11.30 over, went to canteen sit down awhile. Very tired. Went to sunplaza with clement, go walkwalk. Then went home. Damn tiring. ):

YO! finally updating ya! haha.
Today damn tiring and bored. FT period ended at 1250, so late. Me, clement and Junrui go change, for volleyball ^^ go hall, set net all this, go take key for the dumbdoor. Wait for coach. Then do warmup, stretching. Went down and ran 5rounds. Zachery and junrui lousy one. Went back up, and shuttlerun -.-! tiring ley. Do the same thing as last training. Coach asked us to do setting and self-digging. Wth, bryan pro ley ^^ training ended at 4. Seniors put back net all this. Then went to canberrapark. Had much fun ^^ and saw desmond. Went back home around 6. Tmr still got training -.- meeting clement earlier.
